Delivery
Free Next Day Delivery is available on most items when ordered before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) but where this isn't possible, we aim to deliver within 3 days from processing your order. Deliveries are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) but Saturday deliveries may be available subject to courier options, delivery address location and specific product details. The courier provide you with a 2-hour timeslot and some couriers may call you 30-60 minutes before delivery.
Some delivery couriers have restrictions to certain postcodes depending on the dimensions and weight of the product. In these circumstances, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time & date for your delivery. If you have any specific delivery constraints, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
In circumstances where the product is considered heavy or bulky (usually over 135kg), we use a specialist 3-man courier service for delivery. This may affect delivery dates in some postal regions. Please call us for more information on this.
Please check the dimensions of your product IN the packaging, particularly on the American Style Fridge Freezers, as you may face trouble getting the product through the doorway, and removal of packaging to fit through will mean the courier cannot accept responsibility for any damage. If you are unsure, please call us.
Please note delivery dates to offshore postal addresses, including Northern Ireland, Islands & Scottish Highlands, may be slightly longer and incur additional delivery costs. In addition, orders from Northern Ireland should expect other effects due to the impact of Brexit regulations. Please do call for more details.
